Register Client
Please fill out the form below to register your client. Be sure to enter both your full legal name and your client’s full legal name accurately to prevent any delays in commission payment.
Tour your client
Once you complete the form, you’ll be redirected to The Hamilton’s tour scheduling page. Use your client’s information when booking to ensure proper processing. The Hamilton leasing team will then confirm your tour and guide you and your client during the visit.
Apply & Invoice
After your client is approved, please email your invoice and the broker’s W-9 to thehamilton@luxemiamiapartments.com. Our team will verify your registration and get your commission processed promptly.
